Pricing transparency · pre-rate skeleton

No hidden line.
No invented rate.

The commercial structure is decided. Exact percentages, caps, and tax incidence publish only after G-PRICE and G-TAX are approved for the exact rail and entity.

Current commercial stateZero-fee governed pilot

The pilot posture remains unchanged. It is not a general-market price and creates no implied future rate.

Public rate cardNot yet approved

No blank is filled with a competitor estimate. Signed values will be effective-dated and archived.

The committed structure

What every future rate card must disclose.

  1. Rail by rail

One row per payment rail and transaction class, with fixed amount, percentage, minimum, and cap stated independently.

  2. Tax incidence

Whether VAT, IMTT, withholding, or another statutory amount is included, added, borne by PerionPayments, or borne by the merchant—subject to verified tax advice.

  3. Settlement economics

No per-settlement fee and no premium fee for reconciliation or incident support. Settlement calendars and any bank pass-through appear beside the rate.

  4. Billing value

Recurring collection may be priced against successfully collected value only after pilot recovery analytics demonstrate the value. Failed prompts are not a fee event.

  5. Version history

Every schedule has effective-from and effective-until dates. Existing transactions retain the schedule evidenced at execution.

Governed pilotNamed merchants, caps, evidence reviewUSD 0.00 gateway fee

A concrete pilot example, without inventing a market rate.

On a USD 100.00 sandbox payment admitted to the governed zero-fee pilot, the PerionPayments gateway fee is USD 0.00. VAT and IMTT attributable to that zero gateway fee are shown as USD 0.00; this is not tax advice and says nothing about provider, bank, merchant, or statutory charges outside the approved schedule.

Rates will be machine-readable too.

When approved, the same effective-dated schedule will drive the public page, API fee disclosure, merchant dashboard, assessment engine, and invoice evidence. Marketing copy will not be a second source of truth.
