Entity disclosure. The contracting Zimbabwe legal entity and registration number have not yet been approved for publication. PerionPayments does not offer live-money services or accept customer funds through this website. That missing identity remains a launch gate, not a blank that these terms conceal.

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the public website, public documentation, contact form, and requests for deterministic sandbox access. They do not create a merchant-processing agreement, warranty, regulated stored-value product, provider certification, or right to live-money access.

2. Permitted use

You may read, link to, and evaluate the public materials and use an admitted sandbox account for integration testing. Do not probe private systems, submit payer data or credentials through the contact form, misrepresent sandbox results as live evidence, interfere with availability, or use the service unlawfully.

3. Technical and commercial statements

Capability, certification, approval, and production evidence are distinct. Roadmap descriptions and capability-held specifications are not availability promises. Exact pilot or live terms exist only in an authorized, signed agreement.

4. Intellectual property

PerionPayments materials, marks, software, and documentation remain protected by applicable law. Public documentation may be used to build an integration, but no licence is granted to copy the brand, imply endorsement, or redistribute private material.

5. Availability and responsibility

The public website and deterministic sandbox may change or be unavailable. Nothing on a browser return page authorizes fulfillment or proves movement of money. Integrators must use the documented server-side evidence path.
